What is the law in Virginia for child support? Specifically if a man is married to someone who is impregnated with another man's child? Is the husband responsible for that child? i.e. Child support.

Yes, he is, once the child is born until relieved pursuant to Va. Code Sec. 20-49.10 of the legal presumption that he is the father of that child by virtue of his marriage to the child's mother.
