Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

leaving the state/new job

After a 30 yr. marriage and a 1 year separation (under one roof to save funds...house has apt.) my husband says he will not sign any paperwork or furnish funds...I have a job opportunity in another state. Futhermore, he threatens to spend or ''tie-up'' all of the money...or hide it (He has hidden some amounts in cash) Do I have any re-course? Can I just move?
