Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Need legal advise for child abandonment in the state of VA, father failed to visit child for almost 2 years when court order award him visitation rights for every 3rd weekend of month, spring break, Thanksgiving holiday and every other Christmas starting on 26th. Father has been a no show since court award him visitation rights.

Child abandonment for what purpose; perhaps, as a basis for filing

a petition to terminate this father's parental rights? If so, I suspect

you're going to need much more than what you've referenced above in your question.
