how to get legal aid

how would I get legal aid if I make 5 k a month and yet only bring home 800 due to an irs levy. I am in need of an attorney for a divorce proceeding and I need a emergancy custody order

It is unlikely that you would qualify for legal aid with an income of approximately 60K per year, even though at the present the IRS is apparently garnishing a goodly sum of it.
