How do I get legal custody of my granddaughter,my daugther is a drug user.This is for the state of Virginia

File your petition for custody in the local J&DR;court in the

locality where the child currently resides (and be prepared to show

credible proof as to why it is no longer in the best interests of

your granddaughter for her to remain under the custody

and control of her mother).
