legal documents on debt

want to know if there is a document that allows couples that want to get married to allocate debt that one or the other person has so that thier partner is not legally liable for paying before or during mairrage

There is no need for such a document "to allocate debt" between the spouses since the marriage of the couple does not obligate the debt free spouse for the obligations of the other indebted spouse which were incurred prior to the marriage.
