Legal Guardianship
I have legal Guardianship of a 1year old and am currently being transferred from california to virginia. does my california legal guardianship papers cover me and transfer over to virginia

The guardianship granted in California should be transferable to Virginia, but you need to make sure that you are not violating any of the conditions(either express or implied)of the
California guardianship order by removing the
respondent(child)from the state.
