Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

legal help

I live in Atlanta but will probably be going to court in Lynchburg or Charlottesville over support and custody. I am a student without means to pay a retainer. What should I do?

You may wish to consider contacting Blue Ridge Legal Services in Lynchburg or another public low cost legal services provider in the area to see whether you might qualify for an attorney at little or no cost. (Unfortunately, the fact that you're not a resident of the Commonwealth may disqualify you for such assistance.)
