I began living w/ someone three months after he and his wife seperated..now they are going through the divorce proceedings and I want to know if during the final decree if what he is ordered to pay is more than his actual income can the opposing group can come after me or any of my property...even though we just live together..can or will I be held responsible for his ex or her attorneys' fees because he can't pay.?
