Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Legal rights to house

I'm currently in the process of getting a divorce and have a notorized settlement agreement which states my husband agreed to move out last March which he did. The divorce hasn't been heard by a judge yet as he is contesting. A Conference scheduling is set for July, the settlement agreement is with the courts now. However, my husband is threatening to move back in. Does he have the legal right to move back in?

Re: Legal rights to house

No, not if he signed the Property Settlement Agreement (PSA) agreeing to move out.
