Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Are we legally married?

We ran off and got married 39 years ago. My husband gave incorrect information for our licenses, lied about our ages. That was in MD. and we lived in VA. I was 17, he was 19.

I was told I should check this out in case there is a problem. Is There? Thanks

No, very unlikely that there is any problem with the validity of your marriage after 39 years, except, perhaps, in some people's minds.
