Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I'm currently legally married but separated for the last 5 years. My ex husband has moved on with his life and recently had a baby with another woman... I myself, have moved on with my life and I to just had another baby by another man 7 months ago. Is it possible for me to receive child support from my new baby's father with these circumstances? Can it be court ordered?

Yes and yes (since all children are owed a duty of support from

their parents irrespective of the circumstances of their birth).
