Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Can I legally pay past due utilitiy bills with my husbands banking information that I have stored online? I currently have a Preliminary Protective Order in place with a "Respondent shall not terminate all utilities" order. He has not been paying these and I am recieving cut off notices that are coming up next week. the Protective Order Hearing is scheduled for 4/30/10. We do have 2 minor children togeather if that makes a difference.
