Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am legaly seperated from wife i have sole legal custody and physical custody of our child. she gets supervised visitation every other weekend with my mom supervising the visits. My wife wants to get back together with me but i dont want to take the chance of messing up the custody if things dont work out.If i were to wait until we devorced to get back with her will that void the custody order. or if i were to sleep with her but not spend the night before or after the divorce would that affect the custody order.

Whatever you may do (or not) with your wife or ex-wife should have little effect on your current custody order as long as a court reviewing the matter is able to reasonably conclude that it likely has little or no impact on the minor child who is the subject of the custody order.
