Re: Is there a letter to make son move out?

If you're looking for a form letter to require your son to move out of your home, you are not likely to find such a letter.

Depending upon the particular law of the local circuit court in your area which is currently being followed for this particular situation, you'll probably have to resort to treating your son as a criminal trespasser and see whether local law enforcement would be willing to forcibly remove him after you've given him formal notice of his status as a trespasser and a date by which he must be out, or, if not, whether you'll have to resort to the civil eviction process applicable in

landlord tenant law in order to get him out.

And, if you're still confused as to how to go about matters, then you should consult with a local attorney who should be able to further advise you as to how you should proceed.
