letting his parents raise his son

court gave custody to the father , now the father has moved out and left his son with his parents to take care of....my daughter hardley ever get to see her son , we have no way to prove he is not in the same house as his son...he told my daughter that they kicked him out ...but he want tell her where he is living ! and he will lie and say he didn't say that ..how can we go about getting proff that he is not there at the home ...and if we do will it matter ...is it legal for him just to leave his son there...he didn't want him to start with ...but his father did

Of course you can prove whether he lives in the same house as his son. You can have witnesses who know the truth testify, you can show up yourself to see, you can ask the court to appoint a lawyer for the child who he can tell the information to, you can hire a private detective, you can follow him one night to his real address. And yes if you want custody back because the man isnt living with his son then this is critical to have.

Your daughter should contact an attorney from the jurisdiction that awarded custody to the child's father. Unless that order is modified, that order should govern.
