Level IV High Conflict Co-Parents

The NCP is making false allegations about me to their attorney. I have provided proof that the NCP is not being factual only to make me out to be the bad, uncooperative co-parent when it is them being this way. I have purchased Co-Parentling Survival Guide and Putting Kids First ontop of voluntarily taking the online co-parenting class to make it work for our child. She is just creating more ''high conflict''. What can I do about this?

Calm yourself, and "chill out" as the hipsters of today are wont to say, regarding this issue of what the NCP may be saying about you.

And keep following the instructions and presumably sound advice of your various guides on how to be a good and caring parent for your children. (Your actions will speak far more loudly and resonantly than any of the NCP's mere words.)
