Live in Lovers
If I am involved with a married man who is starting divorce proceedings legally speaking can we live together while he goes through his separation and divorce. If so can he move in now or should he wait till his separation agreement has been drawn up.

If your married man boyfriend were to now move in with you, in open and notorious cohabitation with Yours Truly, under Virginia law, his current wife could have credible grounds for immediate divorce from this patently unfaithful spouse on the grounds of adultery. See Va. Code Sec. 20-91(Grounds for Divorce).
