i live in richmond va and i need to move to nashville tn with my children. my husband says if i leave he will take my kids from me what are my rights

If there's a valid court order in effect that requires that you give the court as well as your husband 30 days advance notice of any intended move, then you must do so.

If not, then you had best move quickly to transport yourself and children to

America's country music capital.
