Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I live in the state of Virginai. I have been seperated from my wife now for 1 month. Can I start the divorce process now or do I have to wait?

Depends on what you mean by process. For certain fault grounds, you can file right away; for no-fault divorces based on a separation and with no kids under 18, you have to wait 1 year, but this can be shortened to 6 months if you have a written settlement agreement.
