Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I live in VA. Today I received a court summons to appear in court for "A Motion to Amend Transfer Child Support". What does this mean? Background: I have been on disability for a year and have not made full cs payments. Also within the last 6 months my son and his mother have moved to a different city.
