Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I live in Virginia. My fianc� broke off our engagement in January of this year. Prior to that, I had my own place with my 12 year old daughter. He moved us in with him after he proposed. I gave away most of my things because he had a house already furnished. Now he wants me to move by April 15th. I told him that I found a place and it will be ready by the end of May. What are my rights
