Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I live in Virginia... is there any kind of legal or civil suite I bring against a man who I've asked and pleaded with him to leave my wife alone and maybe she will straighten up but with him costanlty calling trying to sneak and meet her... having video and phone sex (and probably physical also) she has practically abandoned me and my 3 kids. I thought if I could make him feel the damage in his wallet instead of physical altercation I could convince him to be a man and go away.

No, if your're referring to suits for the alienation of affection or so called

heart balm lawsuits, such causes of action were outlawed in the Commonwealth years ago.
