Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i live in Virginia I was out of town and came home a week after a divorce notice was posted on my door now what are my options ?

You could file an Answer to the Complaint within 21 days of service or, if you chose not to contest it, you could go to the clerk's office(civil division) of the circuit court handling the matter and execute the waiver and acceptance of service forms which should be part of the packet which was posted on your door.
