Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I live in Virginia and my wife filed for divorce "irreconcilable differences", we have lived apart and separate for 3 years. What does the last paragraph indicate which states that she request relief from equity?

Sounds like she probably means to "request relief in equity" rather than "from equity" but without seeing the entire document it would be difficult to say for certain.

This kind of error is fairly typical of a person who decides to file her own

documents in a divorce case without the assistance of someone who knows what s/he is doing, like an attorney with experience in Commonwealth domestic

relations matters.
