Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I live in Waynesboro Virginia. My daughter is 15 years old and lives with her mother during the week, I get her every weekend. This past year my 15 year old has gotten in trouble numerous times. She is serving community service for smoking. She assaulted her mother and is awaiting her court date for that. She assaulted a classmate at school and is being sued for that. The judge gave her an 8 o clock curfew because she was constantly running away. She also was ordered a psych exam which we are awaiting the results for. She was assigned a public defender who told her that for the assault on her mother that she would simply be put on probation. Every night she is horribly disrespectful to her mother and everyone else shes around. She is uncontrollable. It appears that the judge is going to continue to be leniant on her. Because money is an issue we cannot afford to put her in a military school, but we make too much money to qualify for assistance. Is there anything that we can do? Can we ask the judge for help?

Perhaps, a stint in Juvenile Hall for the assault charges would serve

to focus this out of control teen as to how she might reform her currently

unacceptable conduct to a more acceptable level.
