Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have lived in Va for over a year and my husband has lived in AZ. We have a son together but i have full legal and physical custody of him. My husband doesn't help at all with him and he only calls maybe once every 2 to 3 months to see how he is doing. I get help from the state and work at the home depot in VA and have done some pics online to help pay for what my son needs. My husband works but he he has no work papers from what i know he is from Romania. He wants to take me to court over my pics. to get our son. he said that i have cheated on him which i have not. I need to no what i can do. I would like to start dating and i want my husband out of my life. he has hit me but i did not call the cops and he has threated me but I can not prove it. i called the cops but they said he is not in this state so there is nothing i can do about it. He also nows things about me that i have no idea how he would no unless he or someone is watching me. He has told me that he will take our son and I will never see him again. He is very good at computers and i think he has hacked into my pc. please help me.

Pic's online, you say, which your husband claims he may use against you to claim custody of your son. Even assuming that these "pics" are pornographic in nature, this is nonsense since in the absence of other credible evidence as to your alleged unfitness to parent your son, these items by themselves would not be a basis for any Virginia court to remove your son from your care and custody(in my opinion).

As long as this Romanian remains in Arizona and stays away from Virginia,

his alleged threats are idle ones and should not be of any concern to you (again my opinion).
