Loan

I am divorced. I recently discovered that my ex took a loan out on a retirement fund that I have been investing in with a POA AFTER they left me and the state to live somewhere else. My divorce was filed stating that we lived apart and separate from JUN2004, the loan was taken out in Nov04, 6 months after my ex moved away. Is there a way to fight this? My ex did this to me maliciously and abused the POA. I had no knowledge of the issue date of this loan until this a week ago. I never saw a penny of this money. What can I do?

The term "investing in with a POA" makes no sense whatsoever.
