Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

long story short. April 2010 Childs mother gave up custody to her mother to be with man in jail for robbery. while he was in jail she left him for another man who mentally and physically abused her. Dec 2010 she left current boyfriend to marry me and move back into her moms with our son, Jan 13th 2011 while our son was sick she left under false pretenses to go to Michigan with last boyfriend until Feb 2011 we're still married. Now shes back living with him saying when she marries him shes taking our son to Michigan with them to be close to boyfriends family. She really hasnt been around for a whole year putting boyfriends first before anything. Is there somthing I can do before this happens? Ive been with our son since the custody agreement while she has been out partying and such not calling to see if hes ok or anything. She depends on her boyfriend as of now for money, shelter, transportation etc. Also she is going to court in March for two felony counts of embezzlement. Both of our families live in Va. Help me. I love my son and dont want him to go where I cant see him.
