Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have a "lump sum" award in a divorce decree which he has been making payments on over several years. My question is, can I add interest to it the principle until paid?. It was initially awarded in 2009 but the payment agreement started in 2012. If I can add interest he would still owe me money and I need to know what to file to get the money, a warrant in debt ? I think the "payment plan" is considered a judgement ? If I can add interest it is a rate of 6% annually or monthly ? thanks

Without personally reviewing the document(s) which awarded this "lump sum" to you in 2009 as well

as this payment agreement dating from 2012, I couldn't offer an opinion on this matter.
