Through lying, manipulation, and fertility injections; my ex got pregnant. Prior in a long discussion, I told her I didn't want a child by her and reasons why. Now I have a 2 months old by someone who has in this short time... What if anything can I do?

Per Va. Code Sec. 20-49.10, you could first file the necessary papers in your local J&DR;Court to request a paternity test if that issue is in doubt. Otherwise, more relevant facts would be needed to determine what other remedy you might avail yourself of in this situation (if any).
