Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Being made to choose between my kids!
1. Case of false allegations against my 9 year old son.
by active duty military husband.(WHO
son has called husband daddy since the age 18 MO.
and ALL son knows has daddy)

2. Case involves my 3 year old daughter. (the false allegations of abuse made by husband about son towards my 3 year old daughter.)

3. Judge Rideout is the JDR court Judge.
4. Case of Sibling seperation.

5. I have to many appointments to obtain a job.

6. Husbnd has history of being an abuser.
7. Exact same allegations against me in Ohio Case just one year before, but no mention at that time of suposid abuse to my daughter from son
8. Husband jailed in Ohio Case. Domestic Violence-he choked me and pounded my head against a couch and slapped son to floor and swatted daughter then 18 Months old on her thigh with a belt.

9. Gaurdian ad litem in this case does not belive me or son.
10. Being told that I will not get daughter back if I have no home or a job, and those two must be here in alexandria or arlington.

You must concentrate all of your efforts on getting that home and the job either in Alexandria or Arlington so that the court

will then be in a position to return your

daughter to your custody.

These are preconditions which you must meet

in order to have your daughter returned.
