Marital Financial Advice
He has a home and I was wondering if my name should be on the deed? Is this the best thing to do? I could not currently afford to keep the home if he was to pass away.

Re: Marital Financial Advice
If your name is not on the deed to the property, your marital claim(s) with respect to this property in the event of your spouse's demise or your divorce from him could be very limited, if not, perhaps, non-existent.
