Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Marital home ownership given to spouse-Divorce

Home was given to spouse as part of divorce settlement. I was behind one month on a mortgage payment. This was discussed prior to signing the papers. They did a refinance and I was told the only money I owed my ex-wife was the taxes included in the loan. After signing legal papers, my ex-wife filed a judgement for the late payment. I fill that I was mislead in signing over the house. Do I have legal grounds to contest the signing over of the house?
