Marital property
Would it be consired marital property if I buy a new house while I am in the process of leaving my husband?
Not sure what i need to do. Please help!

You would likely be better advised to hold off on the house purchase at least until you are officially separated from your spouse and, perhaps, even have negotiated a PSA(Property Settlement Agreement).
