Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I got marreid September 2008, I am in the Military was got orders to move to VA. My new wife put in a leave of absense from her job as a teacher to join me. She moved down to VA in Janurary of 2009. She moved out and back ot Missouri in May 2009. She left with no notice to myself or the leasing office. She signed the lease Jan 2009. Since she has left she filed for divorce in July 2009. Am I able to to sue for breach of contract for half of the rent we pay? She was sent an addemum but never signed it to have her name removed off the lease. I am not liable to pay the eniter rent on my own, with her name still on the lease... The divorce has not be finalized yet. Please assit me. I am in Loudoun County VA.

I do not have enough information. I do not know terms of lease. You should be able to obtain credit through divorce proceeding and/or other civil docket.
