In the absence of a valid court order prohibiting such a move on your part,
the answer would appear to be, no, there is not.
The father can file the appropriate pleadings for child custody, visitation, and support. Whenever there is an order relating to these matters...parties normally have to give notice to the court and other parent. He could try to prevent you from relocation at that point.
