Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
i was married for fourtysix years, my mother gave me a small house and a little land . I've work for over twenty seven years,same job. my husband worked if he wanted too never keeping any job for a year. Left me a woman that is younger than our baby daughter. They have two babies together, He's been gone for four years, now he's suing me for a divorce and wants half of every thing. what if any thing can I do?

qualify for assistance from one of their attorneys to assist you with
this matter at little or no cost to you.
If the house and land stayed in your name only, you chances of not having to share that with him are better, but as Mr. Hendrickson suggests, it would be unwise to try to handle this without an attorney.
