I am married to a man in Serbia I live in the Blacksburg Virginia I want a no fault divorce we have been seperated for 5 years .How would I go about getting A no fault divorce?

Best to hire an attorney in the Blacksburg area to handle it for you, if at all posssible. However, if that's not feasible, see if you can obtain a packet of forms with instructions from your local circuit court clerk 's office (or website) which explains how to represent yourself (pro se) in a divorce without an attorney.
