I was married to a marine for over 20 years

I was married to a marine for over 30 years before we divorced. I waived my rights to his retirement benefits. Do I have recourse?

Apparently not, if you waived these benefits in your PSA(Property Settlement Agreement)which then was incorporated in to your final decree of divorce.
