Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Married in oversea and divorce in oversea

I married in oversea and divorce in oversea. She is in state and she asked the court for divorce. I have a certified copy of my divorce decree. I sent copy to circut court clark. Is she has case to fight for?

I don't have any marriage contract with her in U.S.

Thank you in advance

As I previously indicated in an email, a motion to dismiss her divorce complaint with a copy of the certified decree should suffice for dismissal. (However, merely sending a copy of the decree to the clerk's office is unlikely to be sufficient.)
