Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was married to the same person twice. The first time at Prince William county (then found out that my spouse's divorce w/ his foreign wife has not been finalized), so we got married again a few months later for the second time at Fairfax County (when we received the real divorce paperwork from his ex).

Question - If I am about to file for a divorce now, will I have to file in both counties? We never did anything w/ the first marriage since we thought that it would be automatically annulled. Please advise. Thank you.

No, you file for your divorce in the jurisdiction(city or county) where you currently reside. (Where you were married previously is irrelevant.)
