Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I'm married and recently separated. I have a 2 year old son. My car is under my ex's name first then mine as a co-signer. He threatening to take my car away. What can I do to stop that? I do work and need a way to get to work and drop our son off at day care.

You should see an attorney ASAP. You have an equal right to the car. Hopefully you have the only set of keys and someone is paying the loan and insurance. Good luck.
