Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

if i got married in west virginia but both parties live in virginia can my husband move back to west virginia to get a divorce without waiting the year time limit of being seperated? Also we are not legally seperated

No, he must start all over again to meet whatever the requirements may be in West Virginia in order for one spouse to initiate divorce

proceedings, including the time necessary for the spouses to have

lived separate and apart, continuously, and without cohabitation if a no-fault divorce is sought.
