I was married in 1989 we have been apart since 1990 he got married again to a women in ga. I live in va do I have to have lawyer for a Divorce? He also has been charged with child molestation. Yes I am still married to him and so is she.

i he remarried without divorce then the second marriage is most likely void. You would most likely still be married to him. You can attempt to figure out how to do your own divorce but I highly suggest you retain an attorney.
