I been married for over 15 years already, but after 7 years of marrage me and my husband separated and he took are daughter away from me she was six years old, he would always tell me that if i tryed to take the baby away from him he would call inmigration on me so i never did anything. And i found out that her dad sent her to El Salvador when she was 9 years old, so i looked for her and i found her she was en El Salvador so i brought her back she was 16 when i found her so i brought her with me. so now i want to know if theres a way i can make him pay my daughter those 7 years that he made her lose of school by sending her to El Salvador? and ive also found out that he got married again with out us getting divorce and i understand thats illegal? what is the best we can do?

No, I know of no basis for a viable claim against the father for damages for
removing the child to El Salvador under the facts as described.
As for your allegation against him involving his alleged failure to
properly dissolve his marriage to you before marrying again, bigamy
is still a crime in most jurisdictions and you could refer the matter to the local
prosecutor's office.
