Medical Insurance Termination Upon Seperation

If a husband has his wife covered under his medical insurance is he able to cancel his wifes insurance upon a marital seperation. Or is he required to maintain this insurance until a court ruling at the time of divorce?

Only if there's a property settlement agreement (PSA) in place which requires that he maintain such insurance.

Yes there are laws which require a separated spouse to maintain the other on their health insurance and even do such things as maintain or resupply utilities pending divorce. You can cancel such things but the likelihood is that a judge will make you reinstate them.

Good luck.
