Mental Health Records!

my sister was recently accused by her boyfriend of abusing her child.he took the baby to the hospital and there was a bruise which i know was not there when he picked the baby up for visitation. social services got involved,and with no investigation acused my sister. her boyfriend has a mental disorder in which he receives dissability for but i dont know how to obtain the records to prove so. please help? is it possible to get someones mental health records? the babys 5months old.he says he has bipolar paranoid schizophrenia.they gave him the baby

Unless you are a duly licensed lawyer, authorized

and competent to represent and defend your sister against a charge of child abuse, your energies would be better expended in helping her to secure legal counsel who will know how to prepare a proper defense for her that will necessarily involve investigating and securing any relevant records which pertain to her accuser.
