If i am in the military in NV and have been living here for the past 3 years, my spouse is incarcerated in NC, and we got married in VA, which is also my home of record...Can i file for a no-fault divorce in VA?

Yes, but filing against someone who is incarcerated is a bit more difficult than filing against one who is not.
