Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my minor child (age14) and his girlfriend (age16) are expecting a child. am I financially responsible for the care of the newborn child? If so how do I legally get out of that responsibility?

No, you are not, but your "minor child" will soon be of an age when he will

be expected to contribute to the support of his very own "minor child ".
